I empathized with the theme of the movie which is struggling with moving forward due to physical and psychological hardship that came from himself. In the film, a land mine was used as a trap that stops the protagonist, Mike, from escaping, but it also contained a metaphorical meaning of not being able to overcome the fears, regrets, and hesitation that are embedded in his mind. My concept is to show different objects that imply Mike’s mental issues, and reveal that all of them are becoming a part of a mine in the end.
